6.4.3 Selecting a region
On the third page, define the region in which the category system will be used.
This limits the number of category systems available on the fourth page of the wizard.

Select Region Europe for all European countries. Vehicles are identified by comparing
criteria for 28 vehicle classes. The class representing the closest match is allocated to
the vehicle.

Select Region North America for the USA and Canada. Vehicles are identified by
comparing them against 30 vehicle classes. The class representing the closest match
is allocated to the vehicle.
The most appropriate classification system can be evaluated with your SICK
representative.
6.4.4 Defining the classification system
On the Classification page, specify the basis for which the vehicles are to be classified.
