9.6.4 Command Specification
Introduction
This section describes the functional specifications for TemsManagerCmd.
Each time TemsManagerCmd is invoked, it executes one operation and then terminates.
The command line arguments determine which operation will be executed.
The command line arguments must always (except in case of “/?”) contain connection
information.
The return value is either 0 (success) or greater than 0 (error code). Detailed progress
information is printed to the standard console and error messages to the error console.
