Change IP Configuration through UDP
Ectn.Tems.TemsManagerCmd.exe <connection info> /ipauto=127.0.0.1
[ /mask=255.255.255.0 ]
[ /gateway=127.0.0.1 ]
Changes the IP configuration on the TEMS Recorder.
