10.2.3.2 Assignment of the Module Numbers
In the Profibus bus system the modules are counted as follows:
The master module receives the number 1, the first slave module starts with number
3, i.e. there is an offset of 3 in the address assignment (address in the type plate) in
the S&M components prepared for bus systems.
