Operation
Test: Device_LED
Use Test Device_LED to test the LEDs
on the Systems analog devices.
Select Device_LED and press ENTER.
The System asks you for a module
number and device number.
Type In Module & Device: -
Type the three-digit module number
and three-digit device number using
the numeric keypad and press ENTER.
The System displays the following
menu for the device :
001-001 On Off
To turn on the LED for that device,
select On and press ENTER. The
System turns on the LED for that
device. Turning on a device LED
automatically causes a Trouble to be
annunicated.
Use the NEXT key to move through
the devices until you display the ones
whose LEDs you wish to test. Follow
the previous instructions to turn on the
LED for each device.
When the System has displayed the
highest numbered device for the
module specified, it returns to the
Test menu.
To turn on a device LED for a
different module, select Device_LED
from the Test menu and follow
the previous instructions.
Test: MOI_Lamp_Test
Use MOI_Lamp_Test to test the
MOD-16 outputs of an MOI.
Select MOI_Lamp_Test and press
ENTER. The System asks you for a
module number.
Type In Module:
Type the three-digit module number
using the numeric keypad and press
ENTER.
If the MOI module is present in CSG-M,
the MOD-16 outputs will be placed in a
30 second lamp test mode. After 30
seconds, these outputs return to their
previous state.
Test: PAX_Lamptest
Use PAX_Lamptest to test the PAX (or
SAX) outputs of an XLD-1.
Select PAX_Lamptest and press
ENTER. The System then asks for a
module number.
Type in Module Number:
Type the three-digit module number
and press ENTER.
If the PAX (or SAX) is present on the
XLD-1 module address specified, it is
placed in lamp test. The lamp test for a
PAX (or SAX) performs a sequential
block-by-block test of all the outputs.
After the test, the outputs return to
their previous state.
Test: ACM_Lamptest
Use Test ACM_Lamptest to test the
LEDs on the VSM-1, VLM-1, and VFM-1.
Select ACM_Lamptest and press
ENTER. The System displays the
following:
