A.2.3 Using modules of third-party manufacturers
Problem Possible cause To correct or avoid error
Check your computer configuration:
 If the computer configuration corresponds to the delivery
state, contact your technical support team.
 In the case of a change in the configuration, restore the
delivery state. To do this, remove the third-party modules
and restart the device. If the error no longer occurs, the
third-party module being used was the cause of the fault.
Replace the thrid-party module with a Siemens module or
contact the module supplier.
 Redundant I/O addresses
 Redundant hardware interrupts
and/or DMA channels
 Fluctuation of signal frequencies
or levels
 Different pin assignment
If the device still crashes, contact your technical support team.
