Modify traversing block
Using "Modify traversing blocks"
You traverse the programmed traversing blocks with "Modify traversing blocks". You can test
individual traversing blocks or all programmed traversing blocks in an automatic run.
● Startdrive is in online mode.
● The "Basic positioner" function module is activated.
● The drive control panel is called and the master control is activated (see Chapter "Using
the control panel (Page 209)").
● The configured encoder system is homed.
To modify the traversing blocks, proceed as follows:
1. Select "Basic positioner" in the "Operating mode" drop-down list.
2. Then select "Modify traversing blocks".
3. Click the "1" icon to switch on the motor.
The "Traversing block no." entry is displayed.
4. Enter the number of the traversing block at "Traversing block no.".
5. Click "Start" to start the traversing block.
The status of the various parameters are displayed as LEDs at "Drive status".
The values currently active in the drive are displayed at "Actual values" (actual values and
current values in the drive). In addition to the default parameter values, additional r-
parameters are available for free selection in two drop-down lists.
