The safety function "Safely-Limited Acceleration" (SLA) monitors the motor for violation of
the defined speed limit (e.g. in setup mode). SLA detects early on whether the drive is
accelerating too quickly and initiates the stop response. SLA has no effect with braking.

● The safety function "Safely-Limited Acceleration" (SLA) can only be used for encoders
and 1-encoder systems.
1. To select the function "SLA", click the button (control).
The "Control" screen form opens.
2. Now select one of the telegrams (31, 901, 902, and 903) containing PROFIsafe control
word S_STW1.8 or S_STW2.8.
Which control word you use depends on the PROFIsafe telegram that you configured.
These telegrams contain the control words S_STW1.8 and S_STW2.8 and status words
S_ZSW1.8 and S_ZSW2.8 for SLA.
3. Click the icon to open telegram configuration.
Now select a control word.
