The Sunny WebBox
does not transmit data
to Sunny Portal.
Data transmission is
deactivated.
Configure data transmission to Sunny
Portal (see section 9.2.1”Registering
Sunny WebBox in the Sunny Portal”
(page48)).
Check the set plant name and the e-mail
address. If necessary, register again with
Sunny Portal.
Contact the SMA Serviceline.
The data upload to the
Sunny Portal via the
analog modem or GSM
modem fails
repeatedly.
Incorrect Internet Service
Provider data.
Check the entered data of your Internet
Service Provider.
The Sunny WebBox
does not send data via
FTP push.
The FTP push function is
deactivated.
Activate the Sunny WebBox FTP push
function (see section 9.4”FTP Push
Function” (page51)).
The Sunny WebBox FTP push
function is not set correctly.
Check that the server address, the user
name and the password are set correctly
in the FTP push settings (see section
9.4”FTP Push Function” (page51)).
Check whether the user has write
authorizations to the server's upload
directory (see section 9.4”FTP Push
Function” (page51)).
Check whether the server port is set to the
correct value (see section 9.4”FTP Push
Function” (page51)).
Test the Sunny WebBox FTP push
function (see section 9.4”FTP Push
Function” (page51)).
After FTP download,
Internet Explorer shows
old Sunny WebBox
data.
The cache properties of
Microsoft Internet Explorer
causes an old version of the
Sunny WebBox data to be
loaded.
Use an FTP client (e.g. FileZilla) to load
the data from the internal FTP server of
the Sunny WebBox.
