Info tones low battery, lost link, and key touch tones
The default for each setting is "on".
◦ Low battery tone. The battery is empty or has a very low charge.
◦ Lost link tone. The connection to the base station has been lost.
◦ Touch tones of keypad keys and function key

1. In the Main Menu of the handset, scroll to "User settings" and press

3. Press to change the setting from on to o and vice versa.
4. Press
SET
to save and to return to the User settings menu.
Admin settings
The admin password is required every time you want to access this submenu. The default password is admin.
Main Menu
Items Description
Network settings Select IPv4 or IPv6, if necessary
Secure browsing
Press
to change the setting from HTTP to HTTPS and vice versa. Changing
this setting requires the rebooting of the base station to take eect.
Provisioning Accessible after entering Login ID and Login PW to provisioning server. We
recommend using the phone's web user interface (WUI).
Edit PIN code The default PIN code for deregistering the handset from the base station is 0000
(4 x zero). To change it, follow the prompts on the display. If the PIN code has
been changed, it will also need to be entered when the handset is registered at
the base station.
Edit password Editing user and admin passwords, following the prompts on the display. The
defaults are:
• User password: user
• Admin password: admin
Firmware update The phone will check whether there is an update. If there is, the update will
start, if not, the update will be cancelled. Follow the prompts on the display.
