The Paramount MYT and MX Versa-Plate is slotted to change the balance point of the payload in
declination. To do so, loosen the four ¼-20 SHCS screws using a 3/16-in. hex wrench, then slide the Versa-
Plate to the desired position. Once balance has been achieved, snugly tighten each screw enough so that
the Versa-Plate does not rotate or shift during mount slews, but not so tight as to deform the washers.
