Precautions
. The four new stop washers and an E ring are required when replacing the S/T
slider.
E ring (for pinch arm assembly): 7-624-105-04 (2.3) x 1
Stop washer: 3-559-408-11 x 4 (for S/T sliders, tension
regulator band, and T tension arm)
. The two parallel pins (d = 2.0 mm) are required as tools for gear phase adjustment.
Preparations
1. Put the unit into the unthreading end state.
2. Turn off the power.
3. Remove the upper frame.
(Refer to the maintenance manual Part 1, Section 1-6.)
4. Remove the cassette compartment.
(Refer to the maintenance manual Part 1, Section 1-7.)
