Shield sheet installation
Preparations
1. Put the uint into the unthreading end state.
2. Turn off the power.
3. Remove the bottom frame.
(Refer to the maintenance manual Part 1, Section 1-6.)
4. Remove the DM-121 board.
(Refer to the maintenance manual Part 1, Section 1-8-2.)
Tools
. Torque screwdriver (3 kg.cm): J-6325-400-A
. Torque screwdriver bit (for M2): J-6325-380-A
Replacement
1. Shield sheet removal
Remove the shield sheet from the chassis.
2. HP-88 board replacement
(1) Disconnect the harness connectors connected
to connectors CN1 and CN8 on the HP-88
board.
(2) Remove the two screws, and then remove the
HP-88 board in the direction of the arrow.
(3) Remove the knob.
(4) Attach the knob to a new HP-88 board.
(5) Attach the HP-88 board to the bracket with
the screw.
(6) Connect the harness connectors to connectors
CN1 and CN8.
3. Shield sheet installation
Place the shield sheet onto the chassis.
