8-1. HDS-7150/7100 (HKDS-7695/7695A)
The HDS-7150/7100 has the five power supplies of +5 V (A), +5 V (B), +5 V (C), +3 V, +12 V, and
_5 V. The CKG-26 board has the test terminals to which the probe of the digital voltmeter can be
connected for measuring the power supply voltages of +5 V (A), +3 V and _5 V. The VSW-66 board has
the test terminal for measuring the power supply voltages +5 V (B). The OUT-20 board has the test
terminal for measuring the power supply voltages +5 V (C).
The connector CN4 on the CN-1539 board on the top of the fan assembly is used for the voltage measure-
ment of +12 V. After all plug-in boards are installed, check the power supply voltages inside the HDS-
7150/7100 following the procedure in Section 8-1-2 or Section 8-1-3.

Confirm that the power supply unit HKDS-7695/7695A and the HDS-7150/7100 are correctly connected
by the DC power supply cords.
8-1-1. Removal of the HKDS-7695/7695A Front Cover
(1) Loosen the two upper screws A fixing the front cover.
(2) Lift up the front cover in the direction of the arrow 1, and pull it toward you in the direction of the
arrow 2.
