2-7-2. CKG-26 Board
CN9 (Q-9) : +5 V (A) TEST terminal
The +5 V (A) voltage measurement terminal. Use this terminal when re-adjusting voltage in the case such
as optional board is additionally installed.
CN10 (Q-9) : +3 V TEST terminal
The +3 V voltage measurement terminal. Use this terminal when re-adjusting voltage in the case such as
optional board is additionally installed.
CN12 (Q-9) : _5 V TEST terminal
The _5 V voltage measurement terminal. Use this terminal when re-adjusting voltage in the case such as
optional board is additionally installed.
CN11 (Q-9) : GND TEST terminal
This is the GND TEST terminal that provide reference potential with respect to the +5 V (A), +3 V, and _5
V TEST terminals.
D16, D17, D18, D19, D20, D21, D22 (Q-3), D23, D24, D25, D26, D27, and D28 (Q-4) :
Operating status indication
These LEDs are used for the factory setting.
D29 (Q-4) : PLL lock indication
This LED lights when internal PLL circuit locks to the reference signal that is input to the REF INPUT
connector on the rear panel. When this LED flashes, set the field frequency correctly using the adjustment
menu from the control panel.
D30 (Q-5) : REF INPUT indication
This LED lights when reference signal is input to the REF INPUT connector on the rear panel. When this
LED is off, input the reference signal correctly.
