• Install the oil strainer

NOTE:
Fit the projection

of the oil strainer

in the concave portion
of the crankcase.
• Install the oil strainer plate
2 and tighten the oil starainer
plate screw to the specified torque.
$ Oil strainer plate screw: 10 N·m (1.0 kgf-m, 7.0 lb-ft)
OIL JET
Removal
• Remove the oil jets
1,
2 from the left and right crankcase
halves.
• Remove the oil seal
3 and oil gallery plug
4.
• Remove the oil jet
5 from left crankcase half.
NOTE:
If it is difficult to remove the oil jet, use a sting.
