FRONT BRAKE HOSE ROUTING (For DL650)
1 Brake hose *2
After positioning the brake hose junction with
the stopper, tighten the bolt.
2 Brake hose guide *3
After positioning the clamp with the stopper,
tighten the clamp bolt.
3 Brake hose clamp *4 Assemble the brake hose firmly.
4 Throttle cables *5 Clamp the brake hose firmly.

After the brake hose union has contacted the
stopper, tighten the union bolt.

Don’t contact the brake hose with the boss of
front fork outer tube.
