• Remove the snap ring 3.

• Remove the bearing 4 with the special tool.

BEARING INSTALLATION
• Install the bearings with the special tool.

• Apply SUZUKI SUPER GREASE “A” to the bearing 1.

99000-25010: SUZUKI SUPER GREASE “A” or equivalent
• Install the oil seal 2 with the special tool.

• Apply SUZUKI SUPER GREASE “A” to the oil seal lip.

99000-25010: SUZUKI SUPER GREASE “A” or equivalent
The removed snap ring must be replaced with a new
one.
The removed bearing should be replaced with a new
one.
Press-fit the bearing 1 1 – 1.5 mm (0.04 – 0.06 in) from
the end surface.
