ERROR DESCRIPTION SOLUTION
10 INVERTER OVERLOAD: due to a contin-
uous current that exceeds over time the
maximum threshold permitted for the in-
verter.
- Check the state of the ENCODER side
motor connector contacts.They must be
“regular” and not enlarged or stretched
out [1].
- Check that a secondary ferrite is pre-
sent for the motor encoder harness, insi-
de the machine. Check that the two ferri-
tes are properly closed.
- Replace the drive if the error occurs sys-
tematically.
11 MOTOR OVERLOAD: due to a continuous
current that exceeds over time the maxi-
mum threshold permitted for the motor.
- Check the state of the ENCODER side
motor connector contacts.They must be
“regular” and not enlarged or stretched
out [1].
- Check if there is a false contact in the
power supply cable connected to the wall
socket or to the equipment.
- Replace the drive.
12 BRAKING RESISTANCE OVERLOAD - Check the value of the braking resist-
ance (40 Ohm).
- If not OK, replace the braking resistance.
- If OK, replace the drive
13 SMPS ALARM: malfunction in the 24 Vdc
power distribution.
For details, see: $6.13 ERROR 13 - MAL-
FUNCTION IN THE 24 VDC POWER
DISTRIBUTION.
14 PHASE LOSS: Intervenes when the mo-
tor turns in the opposite direction due to a
loss of encoder impulse.
- Check the motor side encoder connec-
tor contacts. They must be “regular” and
not enlarged or stretched out [1].
- Check that a secondary ferrite is present
for the motor encoder harness, inside the
machine. Check that the two ferrites are
properly closed.
- If the error persists over time: replace
the motor-encoder group.
