Introduction
This section shows you how to use the 4200A-SCS and Model 4200A-CVIV Multi-Switch to perform
I-V and C-V measurements on the same device without having to manually change connections to
the device between tests.
The 4200A-CVIV allows you to switch between I-V and C-V measurements and make C-V
measurements between output terminals of the 4200A-CVIV.
The 4200A-CVIV can be equipped with up to four 4200-PA Remote Preamplifiers or 4200-CVIV-SPT
SMU Pass-Thru modules.
A MOSFET is used as the device in this example, but the same procedure applies for all devices.
