Here's
how
it's
done:
Step
1.
Removed old guides and seats
Step
2.
Install Expanding Guide Body into
valve seat boss.
Step
3.
Place Boring Bar into Guide. Bore
valve guide boss concentric and
perpendicular to valve seat. Follow
up with Reamer.
Step
4.
Use your drill press for bore or ream
operations as shown in this picture.
The same guide set-up works for
both.
