[VD] Vertex distance : Vertex distance [mm].
Represents the distance between the corneal vertex and
the posterior surface of the lenses to be prescribed.
When (VD=CL), vertex distance is calculated as 0 mm.
[Auto power off function] : The LCD turns off automatically when no operation is
conducted for a specified time. (Auto power off mode)
