b) Attaching the arm
■ Screw in the screw and fix it firmly. Otherwise the
probe attached to the arm may drop to be damaged or
may drop to damage an eye ball or eye lid of the
patient.
1) The arm base (1) is fixed to the clearance on the bottom of the main unit
when shipped. Remove the arm base fixing thread (2) on the bottom of the
instrument and draw the arm base (3) out.
2) Insert the main unit of the arm (4) into the arm base until it reaches its end.
3) Screw the short screws (5) provided with the main unit of the arm in the two
threaded holes on the top side of the main unit of the arm.
4) Screw the long screws (6) provided with the main unit of the arm in the two
threaded holes on the side of the main unit of the arm from the clearance
on the bottom of the unit.
