Order these special tools from your Toro Distributor.
Hydraulic Pressure Test Kit
Use to take various pressure readings for diagnostic
tests. Quick disconnect fittings provided attach directly
to mating fittings on machine test ports without tools. A
high pressure hose is provided for remote readings.
Contains one each: 1000 PSI (70 Bar), 5000 PSI (350
Bar) and 10000 PSI (700 Bar) gauges. Use gauges as
recommended in Testing section of this chapter.

Hydraulic Tester (Pressure and Flow)
ThistesterrequiresO--ringfaceseal(ORFS)adapterfit-
tings for use on this machine. Use hydraulic tester as
recommended in Testing section of this chapter.
1. INLET HOSE: Hose connected from the system cir-
cuit to the inlet side of the hydraulic tester.
2. LOAD VALVE: A simulated working load is created
in the circuit by turning the valve to restrict flow.
3. PRESSURE GAUGE: 0 to 5000 PSI gauge to pro-
vide operating circuit pressure.
4. FLOW METER: This meter measures actual oil f low
intheoperatingcircuitwithagaugeratedat15GPM.
5. OUTLET HOSE: A hose from the outlet side of the
hydraulictesterconnectstothehydraulicsystemcircuit.
