1.Parkthemachineonalevelsurface,lowerthecuttingdecks,shutoffthe
engine,settheparkingbrake,andremovethekeyfromthekeyswitch.
2.Ifthecuttingdeckisequippedwitharollerscraper(Figure235),remove
thefastenersthatsecuretheleftandrightscraperrodbracketstotheroller
mounts,andremovethescraperrodassembly.
3.Removethe4ange-headscrewsthatsecuretherollermountstotherear
ofthedeckframe,andremovetherollermountsandrearrollerassembly
fromthedeckframe.
4.Loosenthefastenersthatsecureeachendoftherollertotherollermounts.
Removethemountsandskidbracketsfromtheroller.
InstallingtheRearRoller
1.Slidetherollermountsontotherollershaft.
2.Installtherollerandrollermountassemblyintotherearofthedeckframe.
Securetheassemblytothedeckframewiththe4ange-headscrews.
IMPORTANT
Duringassembly,ensurethatthegreasegrooveineachrollermount
alignswiththegreaseholeineachendoftherollershaft.
3.Aligntherollershaftgreaseholewiththerollermountgreasegroove.Use
thealignmentmarkonendoftherollershafttoassistwithalignment.
4.Positiontheskidbracketstotherollermountsandinstalltheboltstoretain
thebracketsinplace.
5.Ifequippedwithscraperrod,installandadjustthescraperrodassembly
totherollermounts(Figure235).Thegapbetweenthescraperrodand
