Troubleshooting
CAUTION
Removeallthejewelry,especiallyringsandwatches,beforedoing
anyelectricaltroubleshootingortesting.Disconnectthebattery
cablesunlessthetestrequiresbatteryvoltage.
Fortheeffectivetroubleshootingandrepairs,youmusthaveagood
understandingoftheelectricalcircuitsandcomponentsthatareusedonthis
machine;refertotheElectricalSchematicsinAppendixA—FoldoutDrawings.
Ifthemachinehasanyinterlockswitchesthatarebypassed,connectthe
switchesforthecorrecttroubleshootingandsafety.
Note:UsetheStandardControlModuleinputandoutputLED'swhen
troubleshootinganelectricalproblemoftheGroundsmaster7210machine.

Thestartersolenoidclicks,butthe
starterdoesnotcrank.
Note:Ifthestartersolenoidclicks,theproblem
isnotintheinterlockcircuit.
Thebatterychargeislow.
Thebatteriesaredischarged.
Thebatterycablesarelooseorcorroded.
Thegroundconnectionislooseorcorroded.
Thewiringatthestartermotorisdamaged.
Thestartersolenoidorstartermotor
