InstallingthePolarTracWheels
1.Ifthetrackwasremovedfromthemachine,positionthetracktothewheel
location.
Note:Ensurethatthedirectionarrowonthetrackiscorrectlyorientated.
Note:WheninstallingthewheelstoaPolarTracequippedmachine,install
thecenterwheellasttoallowtrackclearanceforthefrontandrearwheels.
2.Haveasecondpersontoliftthetracktoinstallthefrontand/orrearwheel
tothemachine.
3.Installthewheel(s)tothemachinewiththe5wheel-lugnuts.
4.Afteryouinstallthefrontandrearwheelsonthemachine,haveasecond
persontoliftthecenterofthetracktoinstallthecenterwheel.
5.Installthecenterwheeltothemachinewiththe5wheel-lugnuts.
6.Lowerthefrontofthemachinetotheground.
Note:Whenyouattachthebogiepivottothefrontframe,raisetherearof
themachinetoinstalltheatwasherandlocknut.
7.Insertthestudofthebogiepivotthroughtheholeinfrontframeandsecure
withtheatwasher(item14inFigure185)andlocknut;torquethelocknut
to102N∙m(75ft-lb).
8.Positionthesideaccesscovertotheframeandattachwiththe2screws.
9.Fullylowerthemachinetothegroundandtorqueallthewheel-lugnutsto88
to115N∙m(65to85ft-lb)inacrossingpattern.
