Hookthespringendsonthetopofthesuspensionbase.
4.Usethesuspensionbaseasaprypoint,placeaprybaronthetopofthe
springsaddleandpushthesaddledowntoelongatethespringstoinstallthe
bolttothetopoftheshockabsorberandsuspensionbase.Aligntheboltin
positionwiththenut.
5.Positiontheseatframetothesuspensionbase.
6.Alignthebearingblocksontheframewithreceiversonthesuspensionbase
andguideframeintotheplace.
7.Insertthe2bearingshaftsandsplitnylonbushingstothesuspensionbase
andframe,andinstallthebearingshaftswiththe2rollpins.
8.Positionthecablesundertheseatframebarsandonthetopofthe
suspensionbaseandinsertthecableendsinthespringsaddleslots.
9.Passtheweightadjustmentknobshaftthroughtheweightindicator,washer,
andseatframehole.
10.Turntheknobshaftintotheweightadjustbarandinstallthehexnutonthe
knobshaft.
11.Positiontheseatboottotheseatframeandattachwiththe18pushclips.
12.Positionthebottomcushiontotheseatframeandattachwiththe2bolts.
13.Positionthebackcushiontotheseatframeandattachwiththe6pushclips.
14.Assemblethebackrestknobtotheseatandattachwiththenut.Attach
thelabeltotheknob.
15.Assemblethebackpanelandthenthearmrestassembliestotheseat.
16.Installtheoperatorseatonthemachine;refertoInstallingtheOperatorSeat
(page6–36).
