MFP registration error An invalid registration by accessing a cloud server using a
valid serial No. of the equipment has been performed. Or
database in the cloud server has been damaged.
Check item Measures
Setting of a cloud server Retry the registration. Contact the administrator of the cloud
server.
Classification Error item
MFP registration error Data to be sent to a cloud server from the equipment has
been damaged or incorrect authentication data have been
sent. Or TOSHIBA equipment which has not been supported
by the cloud server has been tried to be registered.

None Contact the administrator of the cloud server.

Server busy error The server cannot handle periodic communication from the
equipment due to overloading. This phenomenon occurs
when a busy signal is sent from the server at the start of the
periodic communication of the equipment.
