Procedure 3 Replacement Check
 If external microphone does not work properly, perform check 1.
 If headphone does not work properly, perform check 2.
 If internal microphone does not work properly, perform check 3.
 If speaker (L) does not work properly, perform check 4.
 If speaker (R) does not work properly, perform check 4.
Check 1 External microphone may be faulty. Replace it with a new one following the steps
in Chapter 4. If the problem still occurs, perform Check 6.
Check 2 Headphone may be faulty. Replace it with a new one following the steps in
Chapter 4. If the problem still occurs, perform Check 6.
Check 3 Internal microphone may be faulty. Replace it with a new one following the steps
in Chapter 4. If the problem still occurs, perform Check 6.
Check 4 Speaker (L) may be faulty. Replace it with a new one following the steps in
Chapter 4. If the problem still occurs, perform Check 7.
Check 5 Speaker (R) may be faulty. Replace it with a new one following the steps in
Chapter 4. If the problem still occurs, perform Check 9.
Check 6 SJ board may be faulty. Replace it with a new one following the instructions in
Chapter 4. If the problem still occurs, perform Check 7.
Check 7 SD board may be faulty. Replace it with a new one following the instructions in
Chapter 4. If the problem still occurs, perform Check 8.
Check 8 Harnesses among SJ board, SD board and system board may be faulty. Replace it
with a new one following the instructions in Chapter 4. If the problem still occurs,
perform Check 9.
Check 9 System board may be faulty. Replace it with a new one following the instructions
in Chapter 4.
