4.4 HDD
Removing a HDD
The following describes the procedure for removing a HDD (See Figure 4-4 to 4-6).
CAUTION: Take care not to press on the top or bottom of a HDD. Pressure may cause
data loss or damage to the device.
1. Turn the computer upside down.
2. Turn the screw (with e-ring) securing an HDD-1 slot cover and remove an HDD-1
slot cover.
3. Remove the following screw securing the HDD-1 assembly.
 M2.5x6.0B FLAT BIND screw x1
4. Disconnect the HDD-1 assembly from the connector CN1850 on the system board
while sliding along the cutting tab.
