4.7 Keyboard
Removing the keyboard
The following describes the procedure for removing the keyboard (See Figure 4-9 and 4-10).
CAUTION: As the keytop may fall out, when handling the keyboard always hold it by the
frame and do not touch the keytop.
1. Open the display.
2. Insert your finger into the slot between the keyboard brace and the computer. Then,
lift up the keyboard brace to unlatch and remove it.
3. Remove the following screw securing the keyboard hold plate.
M2.0x4.0C BIND screw x1
4. Remove the following screws securing the keyboard.
