Subtest 02 RGB monitor ID
NOTE: To execute this subtest, RGB monitor ID wraparound connector is required.
The wiring diagram of the connector is described in Appendix F.
Connect a wraparound connector to CRT monitor for the test of ID
acquisition. This subtest is executed by using VESA command.
