Replacing the gear motor

Operating instructions: Outfeed conveyor TS 4800
Version 3.6ENG, 27.01.2020
4. Release the joining elements (4) on both sides and push them to the
side.
5. Disassemble the bottom cover (5).
 Covers are disassembled.
 Loosen the drive belt
Complete the following steps:
 Proceed as described in the section on tensioning/adjusting the drive
belt.
 The drive belt is loosened.
 Disassemble the
gear motor
WARNING
Increased risk of accident!
Motor can tilt and crush body parts.
 Secure motor to prevent it from falling.
 Use hoists to lift motor on and off.
Complete the following steps:
1. Disconnect the electrical lines to the motor.
