Replace the pneu-
matic cylinder
Complete the following steps:
1. Remove the joining element (1) for the ball head.
2. Remove the U clip (2) and pull out the bolt (3).
3. Remove the pneumatic cylinder (4) from the bearing block.
4. Measure setting dimension "X" of the old cylinder.
5. Disassemble the following parts of the old cylinder and transfer them to
the new cylinder: swivel flange (5), threaded unions (6) and joint head
(7).
Use new seals.
6. Set the end-of-stroke damping on the cylinder appropriately.
7. Assembly is carried out in the reverse order.
Pneumatic cylinder is replaced.
