NOTE
The ignition method employed by the Troxler NTO
Asphalt Content Ignition Oven does not require precise
control of the chamber or other temperatures. If
desired, oven performance can be verified using a
precision asphalt mix.
The oven thermocouples are calibrated at the factory
and do not require re-calibration by the operator. If
verification of the thermocouples is desired, Troxler
recommends checking their accuracy at room (ambient)
temperature.
