12.2 Available Menus
Setup and configuration menus are divided into three categories as
follows:
• Edit Fields Menu (Pilot accessible)
• Setup Menu (Pilot accessible)
• Install Menu (Non-Pilot accessible)
The edit fields menu allows the pilot to configure the display to show the
various supplemental parameters in the desired locations. Details of this
are covered in UAV-1004233-001, AV-30-E Pilot’s Guide and not
addressed here.
The Setup Menu allows the pilot to set various configurations and
alerting limits as desired for the type of operations being performed.
The installer may wish to pre-configure some or all these settings for the
pilot, but the default settings are acceptable.
The install menu is for settings that are not normally required to
be adjusted during flight. The installer must review and set these
according to the installation configuration.
