10 Equipment Installation
10.1 Overview
Installation consists of the following steps:
• Remove / relocate any legacy instrumentation
• Add or locate an appropriate power source / breaker
• Wire power and system interfaces as needed
• Mount the unit to the instrument panel with supplied screws
• Apply power and perform setup
• Connect pitot and static to both AI and DG. Perform leak check
after installation
• (Optional) Install the AV-Mag external magnetometer and perform
calibration
