Presence
To access the "Presence" menu, press the key \ above the Softkeys. You are offered the fol-
lowing selection:
Personal Presence via the phone is temporarily suspended by means of call forwarding or do not
disturb.
Setting up OpenScape UC Presence state
The current OpenScape UC Presence state is indicated on the main menu screen by an icon on
the left side of the screen.
The available OpenScape UC Presence state will be shown as following:
• Available
• Unavailable
• Busy
•DND
• BeRightBack
• InMeeting
• Offline
•Away
