The Vauxhall Full Size a irb ag system
co mprise s se ve ra l ind ividual s yste ms .
Front a irbag system
The front airbag system will b e triggered in
the event of a serious accident involv ing a
frontal impa ct and forms safety cushions
for the driver and front passenger. The
forward movement of the driver a nd front
passenger is checked and the risk of
injuries to the up per body and head
thereby substantially reduced.
Side airbag system 3
The side airbag system triggers when a
side-on collision occurs and provides a
safety barrier for th e driver a nd/or
passenger in the respective front door
area. This reduces the risk of injury to the
upper body considera bly in case of a side
impa ct.
Cur tain airbag system 3
The curtain airbag system triggers in case
of a side-on collision and provid es a safety
barrier in the head area on the respective
side of the vehicle. This reduces the risk of
injury to the head considerab ly in case of a
side-on collision.
