5.8.3 Event Log
Clicking on this menu will open the Windows Event Viewer and locate to the log of vMatrix.
When vMatrix Server Manager encounters a problem, the vMatrix error log is helpful for
our technical team to analyze and fix problems. As a result, please export and send the
vMatrix error log to vCloudPoint technical team when you are reporting a problem. (It
requires a few seconds to open the Event Viewer. Besides vMatrix Server Manager, Event
Viewer also can be opened through Windows Start Menu.)
