This is the bottom board's 1.2 V rail. Its operating range is 1.0 V to 1.4 V.
To convert the raw value, use

(992 * 5.0) / 4096 = 1.211 V

This is the bottom board's 1.25 V rail. Its operating range is 1.0 V to 1.4 V.
