W A RN IN G! High earth leakage current: E arth connection is critical before connecting the
input su p p ly (including both m ains supply and battery).
This equipm ent is installed w ith an EM C filter.
Earth leakage current is less than 3000 mA .
Tran sient and steady state earth leakag e currents, w hich m ay occur w hen the equipm ent is
started , shou ld be taken into account in the selection of instantaneous R C C Bs or R C D devices.
RC C B w h ich is sensitive to unidirectional DC pulse (class A) and insensitive to transient state
current pulse m u st be selected.
N ote also that the earth leakage currents of th e load w ill be carried b y the R CC Bs or R C D s.
The equipm ent m ust be earthed in accordance w ith th e local electrical code of practice.
