Engine does not start
Engine stops during operation
Operator is not sitting on the seat.
Malfunctioning seat switch
Sit down on the operator seat.
Have the seat switch replaced.
Continuous operation of the hy-
draulic connections is switched on
and operates against pressure
Switch off continuous operation of
the hydraulic connections.
Empty fuel tank Fill the tank and prime the fuel sys-
tem if necessary.
Fuel filter clogged.
Paraffin deposits in winter
Have the fuel filter changed.
Use winter diesel.
Leaking fuel line Tighten all screws and clamps.
Diesel particulate filter is full Contact an authorized service cen-
ter
Engine overheats The radiator is dirty
Clean the radiator: [}204]
Coolant level too low Refill coolant
Malfunctioning thermostat Contact an authorized service cen-
ter
V-belt tension too loose, malfunc-
tioning V-belt
Check V-belt tension and tighten if
necessary. Take the vehicle to a
service center
Seals in the area of the radiator are
damaged or have been lost
Check the seals and have them re-
placed if necessary
Engine does not have enough out-
put
Dirty air filter Clean the air filter
Regeneration interrupted too often
or not possible
Carry out manual regeneration
Contact an authorized service cen-
ter
Continuous operation of the hy-

The solenoids on the hydraulic
pump are not receiving any elec-
trical power
Check fuses, have the joystick and
electrical system checked by an au-
thorized service center
Manual Inching is actuated Switch off manual inching
