Close trailer coupling by hand
WARNING
Danger of crushing due to the trailer coupling pins falling down!
The sudden falling of the coupling pin can lead to injuries.
► Do not touch the coupling pin with your hands.
► Wear protective gloves.

The automatic trailer coupling can be closed manually without a trailer
drawbar touching the trigger. This may be necessary, for example, if a
tow rope is to be hooked into the trailer coupling.
▪ Push lever 2 downwards.
ð The trigger is activated manually. The trailer coupling pin closes auto-
matically.

7.5.1
Switching vehicle lights on and off

The vehicle light is switched on via switch 1. If the switch is in position II,
all other lighting functions are operated with the steering column switch.
1. Move the switch to position I.
ð The parking lights are switched on.
2. Move the switch to position II.
ð The driving lights are switched on.
3. Move the switch to position 0.
ð Lights are switched off.
