Warranty and liability
2.2.1
Warranty
Warranty claims can be made only if the conditions of warranty have
been observed. They are included in the General Conditions of Sales and
Delivery for new vehicles and spare parts sold by the dealers. Further-
more, the instructions of this operator's manual are to be observed.
2.2.2
Limitation of liability
In the event of the following infringements, the manufacturer disclaims
any liability for personal injury and damage to property:
• Actions contrary to this operator’s manual.
• Non-designated use
• Deployment of untrained personnel.
• Use non-approved spare parts and accessories.
• Improper handling.
• Structural changes of any kind.
• Non-observance of the General Terms and Conditions (GTC).
