3. Fault
Five sets of five warning tones will sound
when the controller detects a fault condition,
such as a jam, toner low or empty condition,
media out, etc.
4. Machine Ready Tone
Two medium length tones indicate that the
machine is in a ready state, that is, ready to
copy, scan, or print.
5 Select [Off] or [On] on the setup screen.
Note: [On] enables a tone; [Off] disables it.
6 Select [Save].
7 Repeat steps 4 and 5 to set up additional Audible Tones.
8 Select [Close] on the [Audible Tones] menu to return to the [Control Panel] menu.
