Reduce/Enlarge
You can select a reduction/enlargement ratio for making reduced or enlarged copies.
The factory default setting is [100.0%].
Procedure
1 Display the [Copy] screen.
2 Select the [Reduce / Enlarge] percentage from the three available options.
100.0%
Copies are made at the same size as the original.
Custom R/E %
The middle button represents a custom, previously defined reduction/enlargement
setting, in a range from 25 to 400 percent.
More
Selecting [More] displays the [Reduce / Enlarge] screen, on which you can select
among three additional options - [Auto], [Manual], or [Preset].
Note: The reduction and enlargement ratios that display when you select either the [Custom
%] or the [More...] button can be customized to meet your unique needs. To learn how to
change the default settings, refer to "Custom Menus" (P.129) and "Custom R/E" (P.143).
[Reduce / Enlarge] screen
To select a reduction/enlargement ratio that does not appear on the [Basic Copy]
screen, follow the procedure below.
Procedure
1 Select [More...] on the [Basic Copy] tab.
The [Reduce / Enlarge] screen will display.
