Installing the pump housing
1. Install the ball

into the valve
seat

NOTE:
When installing the valve seat assembly,
make sure that the pin is on the tilt cylinder
side as shown.
3. Install the pump housing

to the cylin-
der body, and then tighten the bolts

to
the specified torque.

5. Install the manual valve

to the pump
housing, tighten it to the specified torque,
and then install the circlip

6. Install the new O-ring

and reservoir

to the cylinder body, and then tighten the
bolts

to the specified torque.
7. Install the new O-ring

into the reser-
voir cap

, and then tighten the reservoir
cap finger tighten to the reservoir.
