Suchinstitutionscandividethis24-biteldforuseinaccordancewiththeirown
addressinghierarchicalstructures.Inthisway,anentitycandividetwobitsof
addressspaceintofourinternaltop-levelroutes,andallocatetheother22bitsof
addressspacetootherentities(forexample,asmalllocalISP).
Whentheseentitiesobtainenoughaddressspace,theycansubdividetheobtained
spaceinthesamewayasmentionedabove.
